Love this quote. Dr. King is such an inspiration to us all. While we remember this great man and his accomplishments, let’s make conscious decisions to live in “the light of creative altruism”. It’s not always easy to put others before ourselves. In fact, the culture around us encourages us to live our lives in the “darkness of destructive selfishness”, but as Dr. King pointed out, we all have a choice.
